victim of corporate sales war

Threadless.com is selling all t-shirts at $10ea till 6th june!!!!..this is really crazy. I am contemplating whether i should buy any..and such have drove me nuts. Doesnt help that Sales are sprouting everywhere like pimples on a puberty stricken teen. And i have been spending a good lump sum of money on shopping just last month. I am sooo hanging my head low (with a smirking glee on my face thanks to buying frenzy me) at the amount of cash i have spent.

And yesterday, all thanks to Eunice, we went on shopping at Meyers inconjunction with its Inventory Sale (shopping till 9pm all week..its a big deal ppl..this is Australia). Bought myself a Country Road blue fleece sweater for $55.. 50% discount.

I simply hate competitive reaction, for I saw thru the TV ad yesterday that David Jones is now gonna have its Inventory Sale as well. So Eunice MSN-ed me and convinced me go down- town to shop at David Jones tomorrow. Now i am thinking if i should get my Country Road sweater refunded on the grounds that 'Hey how you doin?(protocal here to start conversation like this) I bought this sweater 2 days back for a friend, and i got the wrong size..can i get it refunded?' I get the refund, use the money to see if there are better stuff at David Jones. If not, i can always buy the sweater again..i am a cheapo can?.

And now, threadless.com emailed me that all t-shirts are going for 10 'can-u-believe-it' dollars. arrghhh!!! i am sooo low on the dough right now. But somehow the temptation is swaying me to buy, buy, buy. i blardy hate it whenever the inner devil speaks in my head.

I have to take into account that i parted with some cash for Eunice's b-day last week, and will be parting for Ruth's b-day as well. I also need that damn moolah for my maiden road trip to Sydney after my exams.

Speaking of road trip, here is what we are planning to do (i noe i am fucking sidetracking..let me yak this out can?..i will get back to the main topic in a while)
28th: depart from brisbane to coffs harbour , spend a nite there
29th: depart from coffs harbour to port stephens, one night there as well
29th: QUAD BIKING at Port Stephens!!!...Hunter Valley thereafter
29th - 1st June: 2 nites in a cottage at Blue Mountains!!!(wahh, got jacuzzi and woof fire place somemore!!)
2nd - 4th june: Sydney!!
4th june - ??: sydney, staying over at my cousin's
a total of 10 pax (junwei, shawn, elaine, phillips, eng kiat, lionel, loucelle, debbie, ruth and me) with 2 cars.

OK now, lets go back to the main topic..so there, i am trying to save every penny and bloody retail competition is underway, swaying poor lil me left right centre. WHY??..WHy cant they have it later?? Why cant they juz not reciprocate to sales promotion strategy for once?? i am now the victim damnit!

I have spent too much honestly, i reckon i need to get a part-time job once sem 2 starts...*sighz* I should be able to manage given my timetable is quite relak(woah! mat speak!). But on the other hand, i am too lazy for i noe i will miss loads of tv! (now dont go nagging, i have a mother who specializes in that, thank u very much)

That or i shall start an internet scam; influencing the gullible and fools to transfer money into my account on a pretext that they are chosen to receive $1m from money sitting in a bank previously owned by the dead. Money to be transfered to my account for admin purposes. U might think this sounds silly..but it happened and is still happening.

Maybe i should start selling pictures of good looking me on the web instead..confirm can fetch a tidy sum.
